Terms of Service

PetPlanner is developed by VLAHOV TECH, obrt za usluge, vl. Franko Vlahov. By creating an account or using PetPlanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must accept these Terms before registering an account. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

PetPlanner is a pet care organization application that helps users manage pet information, health records, appointments, reminders, and shared pet care responsibilities. PetPlanner is a management and organization tool only and does not provide veterinary services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

PetPlanner does not replace professional veterinary advice. Information stored in the application is provided by users and may not always be complete or accurate. Users should always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding their pet's health, medications, treatments, and medical decisions. PetPlanner reminders should not be used as the only method for remembering important veterinary appointments, medication schedules, or health-related activities.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Accounts may be created using email authentication, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

Users may provide information including pet profiles, photos, health records, appointments, and other pet-related data. You retain ownership of content you submit to PetPlanner. By using the application, you grant us permission to store and process this information only for providing and improving the service.

PetPlanner allows users to share pet care responsibilities with family members, partners, roommates, or pet sitters. You are responsible for managing who you invite and what information you share. You should only provide access to trusted individuals. PetPlanner is not responsible for disputes between users who share pet information.

PetPlanner provides reminders and notifications as a convenience feature. Notification delivery depends on device settings, operating system restrictions, and network availability. We cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered. Users remain responsible for managing important pet care activities.

You agree not to: • Use PetPlanner for unlawful purposes • Attempt unauthorized access to the application • Interfere with application security or functionality • Upload harmful or illegal content • Impersonate another person

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security and integrity of the service. Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

PetPlanner, including its software, design, branding, features, and content, is owned by VLAHOV TECH, obrt za usluge, vl. Franko Vlahov. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without permission.

PetPlanner uses third-party services including: • Supabase for authentication and data storage • Firebase Analytics for application analytics • Google Sign-In • Apple Sign-In These services are subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLAHOV TECH is not responsible for losses caused by: • Missed reminders • Incorrect user-provided information • Service interruptions • Loss of data caused by circumstances outside our control PetPlanner is provided on an "as available" basis.

Your use of PetPlanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PetPlanner after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
